Today in the morning when i was going to my shop through traveling in public transport an incident happened. A girl was sitting next to a boy. That boy was touching her part constantly.Earlier, i thought  it was happening just because of rough road but sooner i realise that boy was annoying her deliberately and i want her to move out from this thing... but HOW??. My soul was desperate to help her,internally, i was abusing that gut but wht else i could do??promptly relise myself it is soo easy to post on social media showing our concerns for women empowerment but in the real world that determination fades away, how irresponsible we are,, what happen when we actually encounter these situations??anyone?? we lack courage to fight back from these devilish functions. take it easy.. u will never speak to anyone more than u speak to yourself in your head. Be kind to yourself first  🕎 For the longest time, i kept blaming myself for all the things i couldn't have as the things that i lost. There were times i would just want to sleep like anything... All i looked forward to was some exciting plans. Nothing seemed fun, nothing WS good enough to turn me up or cheer me up.. even if there WS anything , it would only be temporarily.... Why r we soooo HARDD on ourselves??why do we blame ourselves for even the smallest things?? And even after we complain, why do we not work on it? "I'm so skinny" , "im so fatty", "im so ugly" im so poor", "i can never have someone to love me" n so onn...  Self sympathy is the worst habit one could possibly jave, not only it is destructive but also separates u from reality..
